Editorial Policy

Imavexo is an editorially curated visual prompt discovery platform.

This policy explains how we approach prompt selection, visual review, metadata, testing, quality, safety, corrections, and publication.

Editorial Process

Content may move through several stages before it is published on Imavexo.

Depending on the prompt and visual, our process can include:

1. Discovering or developing a useful visual concept.
2. Preparing and reviewing the prompt.
3. Reviewing the associated visual.
4. Organizing relevant metadata such as category, style, lighting, setting, use cases, tags, and model information.
5. Testing the prompt when applicable.
6. Performing quality checks.
7. Performing safety and editorial review.
8. Publishing the final page.

Not every internal step or tool is necessarily identical for every piece of content, but publication is controlled through our editorial workflow.

AI Assistance

AI tools may assist our editorial process.

For example, AI may help suggest titles, descriptions, tags, classifications, alt text, use cases, or other supporting metadata.

AI-generated suggestions are not treated as automatic publication approval.

Our publishing workflow keeps important editorial states separate. AI assistance does not by itself mark a prompt as tested, quality-approved, safety-approved, or ready for publication.

Tested Prompts

When Imavexo displays a Tested label, it means the prompt has gone through the applicable testing process used by our editorial workflow.

The label does not mean that every user will receive an identical result.

AI image generation can vary because of model versions, settings, reference images, account features, safety systems, random variation, and changes made by the AI provider.

Visuals and Prompts

We aim to pair prompts with visuals in a way that helps users understand the intended result.

A visual should not be interpreted as a guarantee that copying the associated prompt will reproduce every detail exactly.

Where reference images, customization, identity preservation, or particular model behavior may matter, we may provide additional information on the prompt page.

Metadata

Categories, styles, lighting, settings, tags, use cases, model information, descriptions, and similar fields are intended to improve discovery and explain the visual.

Some metadata may be prepared with AI assistance and then handled through our editorial workflow.

We aim to avoid misleading labels, irrelevant keyword stuffing, and metadata that does not reasonably describe the content.

Safety and Content Standards

Imavexo applies internal safety and editorial standards to the material it publishes.

We may reject, restrict, remove, or revise content that we consider unsafe, exploitative, deceptive, unlawfully harmful, excessively sexualized, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

We may also restrict content involving impersonation, harmful manipulation, non-consensual imagery, misleading endorsements, fabricated evidence, or other uses of AI imagery that could cause harm or deceive people.

These standards may be stricter than the minimum requirements of a particular AI tool or service.

Accuracy

We try to present model information, prompt details, labels, and supporting information accurately.

AI products and their capabilities can change over time. Information that was accurate when a prompt was published may later require an update.

We may revise content when we identify outdated, incomplete, or incorrect information.

We will review credible correction requests and make changes where appropriate.

Updates and Removal

We may update, reorganize, unpublish, or remove content when necessary for quality, accuracy, safety, legal, technical, or editorial reasons.

Updates may also be made when AI models change or when a prompt can be presented more clearly.

Imavexo is an independent platform.

Mention of an AI model, company, product, or service does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation unless we explicitly state otherwise.
